Ideasolar informs you that all personal data provided by you and acquired at the time of your request for information and/or contact, registration to the Site and use of services through smartphones or any other tool used to access the Internet, as well as the data necessary for the provision of such services, including navigation data and data used for the possible purchase of products and services offered by ideasolar, including through other sites of the companies belonging to the Group , but also only the data so-called “navigation” of the Site by Users, will be processed in compliance with applicable regulations. The computer systems and software procedures used for the operation of this Web Site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet. This is information that is not collected, as a rule, to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the identification of navigating users. Please also note that in order to access digital content and services offered directly by Enerinvest srl or by our Partners, it may be necessary to transfer your personal data to such third parties.
Data are processed for the activities and services offered by the site (including e-commerce) for the purposes
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in points 1), 2) and 3), connected to a pre-contractual and/or contractual phase or functional to a User’s request or provided for by a specific regulatory provision, is compulsory and, failing this, it will not be possible to receive the information and access any services requested; with regard to point 4) of this Information Notice, the consent to the processing of data by the User/Customer is instead free and optional and always revocable without consequences on the usability of products and services except for the impossibility for enerinvest srl to keep updated on new initiatives or special promotions or benefits that may be available to users/customers. Enerinvest srl may send commercial communications relating to products and/or services similar to those already provided, in accordance with Directive 2002/58/EU, using the e-mail, or paper coordinates, indicated by you on such occasions, to which you may object in the manner indicated at the bottom of the communication or at the contact details indicated below (ref. paragraph “Contact”). In addition, in order to be able to collect the evaluations of its Customers regarding the satisfaction of the services provided (sales, delivery management, ancillary services provided, after-sales support, etc.), Enerinvest srl may invite opinions and comments using platforms of third parties: this activity rests on the legitimate interest under Art. 6 c.1 lett. f) of the GDPR and the Client will be able to freely decide whether or not to release his or her comments and opinions without any consequences of refusal.
The processing is also carried out with the aid of electronic or otherwise automated means and is performed by Enerinvest srl and/or third parties that Enerinvest srl may use to store, manage and transmit the data. The data processing is carried out with logics of organization and processing of your personal data, including related to the logs originated from the access and use of the services made available via the web, products and services used related to the above-mentioned purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. The personal data processed will be retained for the time periods prescribed by the legislation applicable at the time, in particular, for data originating a contractual relationship 10 years from the termination of the contract, in relation to navigation data collected for the operation and maintenance of the site 90 days from the time of site navigation, and in relation to data collected through pixels and web-bacons 6 months from the last reading by the data subject of a communication received through the newsletter or the last purchase. Also with regard to data security, in the sections of the Website set up for particular services, where personal data are requested from the User navigator, the data are encrypted using a security technology called Secure Sockets Layer, abbreviated to SSL. Precisely with reference to data protection aspects, the Client is invited, pursuant to Art. 33 of the GDPR to notify the Data Controller of any circumstances or events from which a potential “personal data breach (data breach)” may result in order to allow for an immediate assessment and the adoption of any actions to counter such an event by sending an email to the contact details given below (ref. “Contact” section).
